At The Diamond Factory Dallas, we stand behind the quality of our fine jewelry and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we provide a seamless process for returns or exchanges on all non-customized pieces.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our concierge team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid insured shipping label.

  Secure the Package

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with all original laboratory grading reports and documentation.

• 3.
  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid label to the package and drop it off at an authorized shipping location, ensuring the package is scanned for tracking and insurance purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
