Are your diamonds ethically sourced and certified?
Yes, all diamonds at The Diamond Factory Dallas are ethically sourced through the Kimberley Process. Each center stone is accompanied by a grading report from reputable labs such as GIA, IGI, or EGL.
Do you offer custom jewelry design services?
Absolutely. We specialize in bespoke engagement rings and fine jewelry. Our in-house designers work with you from 3D CAD modeling to the final hand-finished piece to bring your vision to life.
What is your shipping policy for high-value items?
We provide complimentary, fully insured overnight shipping via FedEx for all domestic orders. A signature from an adult at the delivery address is required for all shipments to ensure security.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for standard inventory items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-designed pieces and altered items are considered final sale.
Do you provide appraisals for insurance purposes?
Every purchase from The Diamond Factory Dallas includes a complimentary retail replacement appraisal conducted by our certified gemologists to help you secure proper insurance coverage.
Can I visit your showroom in person?
We welcome clients to our Dallas showroom. While we do accept walk-ins, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure a dedicated consultant is available to assist you.
